    Steps:

    1. Bordeaux Consulting Group introduction.

    2. Opportunity for the client to introduce themselves and their business.

    3. Client describes the problem they are facing.

    4. BCG ask clarifying questions to better understand the problem.

    5. Explain how Bordeaux Consulting Group can help the client solve their problem (if we can..)

    6. Schedule a follow-up call to discuss the Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement in more detail.

  • Bordeaux Consulting Group: SoW

    Statement Of Work (SoW)

    Overview: Prepare Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement with Costings & Timeframe to Deliver

    Goal: To outline the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and cost of the engagement.

    Steps:

    1. Meet with the client to discuss their specific needs and goals.

    2. Develop a draft Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and cost of the engagement.

    3. Review the draft Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement with the client and make any necessary revisions.

    4. Finalise the Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement and have it signed by both parties.

  • Bordeaux Consulting Group: Start Engagement

    Start Engagement

    Overview: Do the work

    Goal: To begin working on the project and deliver results for the client.

    Steps:

    1. Kick off the project with a meeting to discuss the Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement and review the project plan.

    2. Begin working on the project deliverables.

    3. Communicate regularly with the client to keep them updated on the progress of the project.

    4. Deliver the project deliverables on time and within budget.

    Deliver Results

    Overview: Deliver an outcome e.g pitch documents, fundraise, customer on-boarding, GTM strategy, deploy strategy etc..

    Goal: To deliver the project deliverables that meet the client's needs and goals.

    Steps:

    1. Deliver the project deliverables to the client.

    2. Review the project deliverables with the client to ensure that they meet their needs and goals.

    3. Make any necessary revisions to the project deliverables.

    4. Get the client's final approval on the project deliverables.
